Ontario Rockies teams start their winter workouts at the
Ontario Baseball AcademyThe Ontario Baseball Academy is an indoor baseball facility located at 100 Ray St N, Hamilton, ON.
The facility covers 17,000 SQF of space which is fully turfed with 22 Ft ceilings. The facility also comes with ProBatter live pitching simulator used for near live at bat training. Players also train and get their reps on the 3 Iron Mike pitching machines. The facility offers 2 fielding areas to do infield, outfield, and catcher training. Additionally, the facility also offers an athlete-only gym for our players to work out on their strength and conditioning.
